Will I still have the same contact person at Comm Direct Rental?

Yes! You’ll see the same familiar faces you’ve come to trust from the Comm Direct Rental team, plus we have some new faces from the Implecho team, too.

How will this partnership help me as a customer?

Our team, fleet of radio rentals, and nationwide footprint have expanded to serve you even better than before. As a division of Implecho, we also can offer additional types of audio communication systems and headsets, creating a one-stop-shop experience. Plus, we’re now employee-owned, so we have an even bigger stake in ensuring your success.

Will you still offer on-site services?
Absolutely! Radio Roadie is not going anywhere, and Implecho offers on-site services for its event services as well.
What if I am a customer who rents and buys?
It’s simple. If you need to rent and purchase equipment, work with your current Comm Direct account representative who will get you exactly what you need. Our internal process helps create a seamless experience, and your rep will work through any questions or concerns along the way. If you are a new customer who needs a combination of rental and purchase equipment, contact us with the details of your project and event.
Will my rental options change?

Yes, but in a good way! We still offer ALL the rental services you’ve relied on from Comm Direct in the past, but also now have additional options through Implecho.

Will my turnaround time change?
Not at all. Comm Direct Rental and Implecho both pride themselves on superior service and will get you what you need when you need it, sometimes even the next day.
