HK-1 Helmet Kit

Standard Features

Firecom's HK-1 helmet kit combines the uniquely designed bone conduction microphone with a speaker mounted on a leather covered bracket and attaches to a fire fighting or rescue helmet. The microphone sits behind the left ear and the speaker alongside the right ear.The HK-1 fits most adjustable ratchet headband helmet models and connects to a portable radio using a Firecom PT-X interface. It can also connect to Firecom hardwired communication systems. Quick to fit and comfortable to use, the HK-1 provides clear communication in high-noise environments and when using SCBA equipment.

	Intercom Interface The Firecom LX-30 interface connects the helmet kit or headset to Firecom intercoms. Housed in a high impact case with a Push-To-Talk (PTT) button and rotation belt clip, it provides the required electrical interface between the bone conduction products and the intercom.
	4100 Portable Intercom Interface The Firecom LX-40 interface connects the helmet kit or headset to Firecom's 4100 Portable intercom. Housed in a high impact case with a PTT button and rotation belt clip, it provides the required electrical interface between the bone conduction products and the 4100 Portable intercom.
	Portable Radio Interface The Firecom PT-X interface connects the helmet kit or headset to the portable radio. Housed in a high impact case with a PTT button and rotation belt clip, it provides the required electrical interface between the bone conduction products and the radio. Firecom interface connections are available for most popular portable radio models.
